Welcome to Woodland Gymnastics
Founded in 1972 by William LaQuard, Woodland Gymnastics is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality gymnastics training and activities for all youth in Yolo county and surrounding areas. Woodland Gymnastics has a club membership of over 200 gymnasts. We are staffed by a team of trained and experienced coaches. Our year-round program serves boys and girls from walking age to 18 years. We strive to make our program one that helps our children build balance for life.
Woodland Gymnastics offers a curriculum where all kids win and progress through skill tests and achievement awards. Woodland Gymnastics philosophy is to help kids have fun, explore their world, promote good fitness and create a drive within themselves.
Gymnastics helps to develop gross motor skills in addition to:
- Body Awareness
- Coordination
- Independent Working Skills
- Socialization Skills
- Responsibility
We accept South Sutter and Visions in Education students.
